I went in for a new alternator and after many tests, it was found I didn't need one! Most companies, I feel, would take advantage of my ignorance when it comes to cars but Protrans was honest and gave me all the info timely. 👍
After going to not one, not two, but THREE transmission shops, Protrans was the ONLY one to figure out what was wrong with it, and saved me $2200. No one could tell me what was wrong and I was being told I need to completely rebuild my transmission. I decided to get a second and third opinion and after dropping it off to Protrans, they figured out what was wrong with it, serviced it, and I walked out the door spending a lot less than expected. Dropped my car off thinking Transmission was the issue bracing to pay big dollars. Found out later in the day transmission mounts were cracked. What a relief saving big dollars only because these guys are honest, fair and cheeper than the dealerships. Car runs great now.

Since I was new to the area, I was referred to this place by a tire shop when I started hearing my car making grinding noise underneath. Pro Transmission towed my car to their repair shop (for $75 which would be added to the repair cost later). After I received a call from Michael at the shop telling me that it would cost $2195.00 to fix my car I knew that I'd need time to scrape together those funds.
