ProTouch Healthcare really helped me with everything. I was like a fish out of water, not knowing what I wanted to do in the healthcare industry, so I went for a Hospice Agency. They helped me from start to finish with my license, gave me policies, and I felt like I was ready to go. The workers there always treated me with the upmost respect, and I just like the family type atmosphere with them. Like I call a thousand times a week, lol, but they are always there for me. I will keep using them with all of my future endeavors!
Owner is VERY Unprofessional. She does not listen. She interrupts while trying to explain. Won’t allow you to complete your explanation. She assumes she knows what you are about to say and when you try and tell her that’s not the case, She throws a tantrum and yell’s at you at the top of her lungs. Company does not keep you updated on your process in a timely manner, Do not fully inform and/or train you on what is needed/ required to run a new business.
