Your receptionist has hung up on me three times today and then refused to answer every other call. How is this beneficial to anyone’s mental health? Disgusting and a dereliction of duty.
Prototypes has been a powerful part of my healing journey. The staff here—especially my therapist Kay and case manager Joe—truly care about people, not just paperwork. Kay always reminds me to practice self-care and shows up with gentleness and wisdom. Joe keeps tabs on me in a way that feels supportive, not invasive—he really advocates for me. No help. I went to talk to the case manager in regards to housing. She said she would help me and I left there feeling seen and heard. FINALLY someone listened and was going to help. And then....nothing. I had to follow up and all I was given was a church to contact. Really? I had to go down there in person and all you give me is an effing church? You could've done that on the phone rather than wasting my time.
Had nothing but a great experience at Prototypes. Every therapist whom my daughter had was caring, empathetic & sought to really help her.
