Been going here over two years to one of the small groups and it's exceptional. Great workouts with trainers that take the time to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly every time. Highly recommend to anyone.
Joe & Josh are amazing, I am new to the gym, but the whole process from the first call to my first session was great. Joe was super patient & informative, and I could tell right away he cared about my fitness goals. The onboarding process has been amazing, Josh has been doing an amazing job running the small group training program! The work out has been challenging in a great way, but they put you in position to succeed. Great business, but even better people!
