Don’t buy from this company, they have the worst customer service after you purchase your converter, they sent me a converter that would not fit in my the back of crankshaft,the pilot hub was not the right size, I sent the converter to another company to be polished down to standard Sbc crank specs, they would not answer phone calls or return them, I only spent 2700.00 on converter to be treated like crap, never again,
Produto lixo, comprei um aro depois de 6 meses está TODO ENFERRUJADO, entrei em contato com a fábrica e eles somente dão 90 dias de garantia pois sabem que vendem um produto de péssima qualidade que não dura 6 meses, VERGONHOSO. NAO RECOMENDO.
Don't bother paying the extra for 2 day shipping! Showed up 4 days later! Sent various emails to get the money back I paid extra for to no suprise no response. Go with a better company
I normally never leave feedback but this one needs to be said and read by others before purchasing. I own a mechanic shop and purchased a Protorque converter. It failed in the first month with growling noises when trans is in gear. I shipped it back per Protorque policy and Tom found a bad bearing in torque converter. I installed the torque converter and customer is having 0 issues. Clearly a faulty bearing. Called Protorque 10 times with no response from management. Secretary giving me the runaround.
