ProtoPoli handles the warranties for ServePro in Canada. Filed our claim over two months ago and still hasn't been dealt with. Number they used to text from is not in service. It was supposed to be five business days to get a technician. That took about 3 weeks. Now waiting about 5-6 weeks to get a response from our claim.
Finally something like this has become available for mattresses! The before and after is undeniable. The guys go over and above to ensure a smooth process. 100% would recommend!
