I just joined Protogym earlier this year and have been pleased with the experience. I joined specifically to take small group classes -- Hyrum is an outstanding coach and his classes are fantastic. They are a good mixture of strength, skill, and cardio. The classes are challenging but doable. I highly recommend this gym and Hyrum's classes.

I like it here! A serious gym for serious people. Never crowded so machines are always available. Lots of variety in equipment for powerlifting, strongman, CrossFit etc. Great monthly price too!
