I have purchased my mill and Cad software from Proto3000, and when I had recent malfunction of the mill the support and swift repair service was outstanding, highly recommend.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. Would give 0 stars if I could. From day 1, this company has skirted around providing any type of support or service for our product. We were told we were entitled to one on-site visit per year for our mill, and when we tried to get a tech to come and provide the service, the already abysmal communication from them deteriorated even further.
