AVOID THIS COMPANY. Would give 0 stars if I could. From day 1, this company has skirted around providing any type of support or service for our product. We were told we were entitled to one on-site visit per year for our mill, and when we tried to get a tech to come and provide the service, the already abysmal communication from them deteriorated even further. I'm leaving my previous review below (which was initially 5 star), but I must now change this to a 1 star. This company is absolute garbage. Our mill has been down for half a year, they never have any answers or support. It took 3 months for them to finally agree to take our machine back and have it repaired in their clinic. Any technical issues take forever to resolve, and usually involve them having to call Imes in Germany, who has to log in remotely (so your machine and computers must be on).
