The work was done as needed on time and to my surprise they washed it.
Had them do my car's PPF and honestly exceeded all the expectations I had. I'm aware that doing PPF is difficult and requires a lot of precision so I went in to pick up my car with realistic expectations but was really impressed by the level of detail they put in to applying the film and hiding the edges. There were multiple areas where the edges were hidden so well that it took me a bit to spot. Completely understand why they have as many 5 star reviews
Protex had installed protective film on my vehicle a year ago. The film started to bubble on one piece which protex fixed without issue. They answer my call quickly and booked the repair within 5 days. It was easy to communicate as they were able to receive and sent text messages. They were flexible with the drop off and pick up times make it easy for me to fit the repair into my schedule.
Gary is an excellent guy, good communication, good pricing and nice work. Seemed like others were trying to retire off one film application on my truck but Gary was fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Had a small mishap repaired at Protex and they were great. They got me in quickly, completed all repairs exactly as they said they would, within the time frame that they stated and for the amount they quoted. Am very happy with the quality of their products and service. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to my people.
