I recently attended a CPR, First Aid and AED certification class with Mike, and it was one of the best training experiences I've had. He's an excellent instructor - clear, knowledgable and engaging throughout the entire session. Mike made learning adult and child CPR feel easy to understand, process and apply. Instructor used clear communication and easy-to-understand analogies, and gave us a lot of practice. I am empowered and confident in my cpr and first aid skills after this in-person training.
