Their Technician came into a private secure area and then took a picture, straight up violation. Then we received a nasty email from their Manager telling us that no one is allowed to watch their Technician while they are working on our chambers. Hello, you are in a private secure lab and you are Our CUSTOMER, either we stand by and watch you or a security guard will.
