Requested to inspect a house that was up for rent. They wanted all personal and private info including bank statements. Sent through everything requested by them and NEVER heard a word back from them. Had explained I was in urgent need of a property. Am now living in my car and showering at the local bp. Totally disgusted with this treatment and their complete lack of communication.

Whole north side fence needed repairing, approximately one third was fixed late last year. Almost all the timber posts have rotted due to the wisteria plant planted in the neighbouring yard not kept under control. Have spoken to real estate agent who said she didn't know that all the fence needed to be fixed. If the agent did their job when and if they are doing property inspections they would notice the fence. Unprofessional. On moving in, the house was unkempt and disgustingly dirty. Paperworkfilled in incorrectly. No accountability. Untimely response to queries and follow-up. Very poor customer service and can come across as rude.
