Horrible service twice they canceled my appointment twice the fail to notify me. I wasted my time and my overtime. I most definitely will not be doing business with this unprofessional people.
Made an appointment for 9 AM on a Thursday through their app — it was the earliest available. Arrived on time and waited around before calling to see where anyone was, only to be told that no one would be there for an hour. Rather than being apologetic, the woman who answered had the audacity to yell at me about how I’d need to reschedule and there was nothing that could be done. ****Edited after their response which is false. They were not upfront with the cost of the Covid tests ( not just with me but with others too- read the reviews! ) Be warned of their Covid test “scam”. I found this clinic to be very dishonest about Covid testing. I had been here before for a sick visit and used my insurance. After the Covid test, I was told that I had to pay out of pocket. I was not expecting to pay more than my copay. When I told them this, they told me the information was posted on their website. ( but not ... read more
