We have been a client of Protelec with many locations for 15 years - and lately I'm not sure what is happening there, but the service has taken a big downturn and now is beyond awful. No one emails back, and no support seems to be the new norm. I'd be happy to remove my review once I actually get a response from them - but so, far radio silence. My advice is to avoid this company if you like being supported for your alarm, or your emails responded to.
Technician Joe was at our apartment bldg. Yesterday & today. He was so polite and explained what he was doing in words we could understand. Job very well done. Thank-you.
