Although not the cheapest, the quality of the work and the customer service is excellent

Went into this garage for a quote for my alloys. The person in reception was so rude to me and insulted me on my parking ( there was no parking spaces) so I park on the road into garage and quickly ran in to ask. My car wasn't obstruction any car or anyone from getting passed so I'm unsure why he was so rude. I asked about refurbishment of alloys and he told me the price and was rude again ( too much detail to go into).
