I am totally a Carb addict and the Ideal Protein Diet tamed the sugar/crunch beast in me! I have been on the Ideal protein diet now for 2 weeks and have already lost 11 pounds!!! I was able to get my hands on a few products from this company and I must say I was actually pleasantly surprised. The orange drink mix was delicious and and goes well on it's own and in most shakes. It's good on it's own but I liked using it in my morning banana and strawberry shake. Sometimes I get stomach issues with drink powders but this one left me feeling great! I'd def give this company a try if you're looking for some healthy food snacks or drinks mixes.
The diet center is easy to find off of the freeway which makes it convenient for my weekly visits. The coaches are very friendly and super encouraging. I always feel welcome there. I have lost 15lb and have maintained my goal weight for 9months now....easiest diet ever and life changing!
