Hospitality off the charts well appreciated
Absolutely horrible and dishonest restaurant. Ordered at 6:17pm on a delivery app and eta was 7:14pm which is fine. Gets delayed till 7:47pm which is when I go to cancel and customer support says im unable to cancel because the restaurant is “preparing” my order. For reference, what I ordered was a bowl and a smoothie, so two items. Guess I’m out of luck and just have to wait it out. But of course, the order later gets delayed again until 8:10pm.
