The best boxing gym for beginners
I am very out of shape but beginning boxing here is one of the best things I have done for myself in many years. The students and coaches have all been welcoming and I've never experienced any judgement for moving at my own pace. It is a good environment to push yourself in no matter where you are at with your skills or fitness. I already have a more positive outlook on life and I am excited to see how I look and feel 12 months from now.
