Friendly, easy to deal with and fast service. I had a small chip in my windscreen about the size of a 5c cent piece. After calling a couple of places around town, I found Protector Windscreen to be one of the more affordable options. O'Brien had quoted over $200 to fix it, which I thought was quite excessive. Protector Windscreens required no personal information to quote, they just asked for a description of the damage, which is nice because I think O'Brien asked way too much info just to tell me their price.
