Sales person came to my home in May 2025, provided me a quote, he told me installation would be 4-6 weeks after Foreman comes to take official measurements for my patio door wall...that was in early June 2026. I am still waiting to get my patio door installed. They have my $2,300 deposit and have made 2 delivery promises that have not been kept, I have constantly gotten the run a round. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Believe it or not the pics show what I was left with AFTER Protector. They shattered the window I hired them to replace, said they would fix the damage but walked off the job, then blocked my number. Their installer Brandon Keyser literally completely destroyed what I paid them to fix, then ran. Instead of sending them more business like I thought, I actually had to file complaints with the state licensing bureau, the BBB, the police, and a lawsuit. I still can't believe it.
