Chris was so awesome! He answered all of my questions and assisted me with a do it yourself door project. I highly recommend Protector for any project.
I started the awful journey towards getting 2 security doors (front & side). I stopped by the business during the time they said they were open for business. No one was there, but painters called the owner ( RED FLAG!). He called someone & she arrived about 15 minutes later. Customer service was cold & uninviting. Order doors of particular color. INSTALLER TOOK MY DOORBELL KNOB WITH THE OLD TRIM AND I HAVE YET TO GET IT BACK. I HAD TO CALL AN ELECTRICIAN TO INSTALL ANOTHER DOORBELL PAYING EXTRA MONEY THAT I THINK SHOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM MY FINAL BILL!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I USED THEM BACK IN 1978 AND THEY WERE AMAZING!! NO PROBLEM BUT NOW I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!
Been patronizing this company for a few years now the prices are pretty steep now but definitely worth it .
