Friendly and Prompt. Everything was explained and then confirmed very quick. Feeling much better now that my property is protected.
I had a minor issue with the system after 10 plus years. I called and they had a tech out to fix it within hours. The tech was actually the owner because his other techs were busy. They are always responsive and price is lower than others. I had a large national company’s system on another property and I could not have even gotten a live person on the phone with that company in the time it took Protector to personally show up and fix this problem.
