Friendly and Prompt. Everything was explained and then confirmed very quick. Feeling much better now that my property is protected.
I had a minor issue with the system after 10 plus years. I called and they had a tech out to fix it within hours. The tech was actually the owner because his other techs were busy. They are always responsive and price is lower than others. I had a large national company’s system on another property and I could not have even gotten a live person on the phone with that company in the time it took Protector to personally show up and fix this problem. Do not use this business!,, I was a customer for decades but as of tonight we are cancelling. I walked out the door tonight with the alarm on (oops) and the alarm went off. I waited 10 minutes and called the monitoring center. They had dispatched the police!! When we go out of town, we notify the local office and give them our children’s local numbers.
