Went there 30 April to see when they could fix up a chip on windscreen. Young man said to bring in Friday after 9.30am as morning rush would be over by then. Said it would only take 30 minutes to do. Took vehicle in today at 10am. Said he was just finishing off a windscreen on a Mercedes and would start on my car in half an hour. Was told to have our car there at 9:00. Then told they would need the car until 1:30 to 2:00. After waiting in town until approximately 11:30 a phone call told us they had received the wrong windscreen. I was quite angry when I went to pick our car up and when I told them I had booked the car in with someone else the next week and that the new supplier only needed it for two hours I was told that the glue would not set in that time and "good luck" .
