Extremely Unprofessional and Unsafe Work I had my Toyota FJ Cruiser windshield replaced here, and it was a complete disaster. The install was clearly rushed and done carelessly — the windshield was leaning, not sealed properly, and within no time, it cracked again. Even worse, wind was entering the cabin due to the poor seal, which shows just how bad the job was. Initially called to book in our car for a windscreen repair, didn't answer and left a message with no call back. Drove over and the place was all locked up. Called again days later and had the vehicle booked in. Arranged for our daughter to take the vehicle in at 8am, only for no one to be there, our daughter called and left a message with no call back. Went there 30 April to see when they could fix up a chip on windscreen. Young man said to bring in Friday after 9.30am as morning rush would be over by then. Said it would only take 30 minutes to do. Took vehicle in today at 10am. Said he was just finishing off a windscreen on a Mercedes and would start on my car in half an hour. Was told to have our car there at 9:00. Then told they would need the car until 1:30 to 2:00. After waiting in town until approximately 11:30 a phone call told us they had received the wrong windscreen. I was quite angry when I went to pick our car up and when I told them I had booked the car in with someone else the next week and that the new supplier only needed it for two hours I was told that the glue would not set in that time and "good luck" .
