I paid $150 for a set of floor mats that were already discontinued by the manufacturer, hoping to get a quality product that fit my car properly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I had to take the mats back to the store five separate times because the hole in the floor mat, which is supposed to align with the car’s floor hooks, was never positioned correctly. Brilliant customer service. Fast turnaround on my order. Great to find and support a WA company that manufactures locally. They also solved a problem with an old dash mat incorrectly ordered by the dealer.

Ordered dash mat for jaguar the young lady at the desk found it and I had it made I chose to pick up only4 working days the quality of material and workmanship was spot on the mat fitted perfectly thank you protects mat

Called Mellissa at Protectomat and it was a smooth transaction no fuss conversation I bought a dash mat from them. I asked if they could ship no problems at all received my dash mat in the mail 5 days later.
