Great service! I’ve been taking my dog to Pet Vet since she was a puppy (4 years)
Horrible!! 2 and a half hours for a rabies shot. No need in pre registration, no need in waiting for text letting you know your position in line, just stand and wait, and wait, and wait. The line is literally wrapped around the building and out the door.
The staff and vets were very nice and professional and you could see their love of animals. The process was quick and efficient. One woman had an attitude because she didn’t register and had to wait. She began raising her voice and wanted to argue with a staff member and the staff person handled it beautifully. The vet and staff were not at fault. THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO AND FOR PROVIDING TJIS SERVICE!!!
Service is horrible..Sunday March 23 2025 the appt was supposed to start ftom 2 30-5pm..The doctor didn't get there until 3 30 and theybdidnt start until 345pm..what was the point in registering when you still had to wait..GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM WHERE 1ST COME 1ST SERVE..This new way is not it because people were leaving cause they were there since 2pm and didn't no they had to register & 38 people were in front of them..I been with VIPPET for almost 10yrs and I won't be back if they continue with this system
