Horrible was in line for 3 hours again. The last time we pre registered and waited for the text no text came went inside and they said oh no you just have to get in line and wait - waited for 3 hours. This time we got there early enough to be the 5th person in line and found out we had to pre register and wait for a text. Again we waited for 3 hours. Overpriced nail trim along with hurting my dog. The assistant cut my dogs nail too short because she was not paying attention. My poor dog was bleeding and crying but the girl was very rough and uncaring. They did not apologize or offer any discount.
