Dr. Righter and the staff were great. Very efficient and took good care of my cats. The reason for the 3 stars is three hours once a week is definitely NOT enough for this location. I tried to get in the week before but the line was very long! You need more options for visits at this location. At least twice weekly or have them there a full day. There is plenty of business for this store!
Veterinarian and tech were good but the wait was excessive.
Waited in line from 1 ill they opened at 2 so I could be 1st and have time to get to work. They have changed and you have to register online now. There was no sign on the door or anywhere letting people know. They put over 5 people in front of me. I had to leave. There was no way they would get to me in time. The prices have gone up too.
