Called to get a little service done and was promised a call back. No call. I called again and the only response I got was “what do you need done, he’s very busy right now”. I asked if there’s any possibility for any future service and got the same response “he is busy“. I asked if there was ANY time to get things done and apparently not. Terrible customer service
Hurricane Matthew arrived and I was closing my shutters. I couldn't find the key. To shut the shutters, a key is needed to hold them in place. I called this company to get a key. The woman told me there are three keys that may fit. She explained that I would have to buy all three of them. I said that I would return the other two that didn't fit.
