I have referred Tim and his company for many years. When I called him for his services at my own home I got the run around and finally no communication returned. All this because he was “covered up”. Well you are covered up because of people like me. I’m glad I used someone else because if your customer service is poor when I’m trying to give you my business I hate to think what it would be like after you have my money and I have a problem.
