Same dumb and slow processes as reported by others. I am not trying to accomplish anything out of the ordinary but have been faced with lack of response after lack of response and odd emails asking me to sign things that I have already signed months ago and asking me to do it by some deadline that has already passed long ago. A frustrating waste of time for a process that should be automated and take less than 10 minutes.

Turns out I was calling the wrong place, but they somehow got me to the right people anyway. Awesome customer service

Rating: Negative 1! I began the process of buying term life insurance back in December 2019. Protective was suggested as having the lowest rates for seniors (I'm 65). It took until March 2020 before they issued a quote. After losing my initial information and not being able to find it even after I re-sent it 3 times during January-February, they finally offered a much higher premium rate - because I am "underweight" according to the charts.
