Tyler was great from start to finish. He ensured I stayed ahead of policy deadlines and always responded quickly to my emails.
Worst customer service I have ever received--even worse than a cable company. They give you the runaround and do everything they can to not pay on life insurance. I have called at least a dozen times, sent the claims packet 3 times, been left on hold and then disconnected several times. Do not use this company.
