My wife and I have had IRA's with this company for years and have been absolutely unable to reach them by phone or E-mail and reach a REAL PERSON--Ever! Every number tried ends at the same voice prompt and when turned to an Operator the phone goes dead. I am beginning to think Protective Life is one big Ponzi scheme and am on the verge of contacting the appropriate regulatory government agency to file a formal complaint.
DO NOT CONSIDER THIS “COMPANY” for your Life Insurance needs. Bait and switch tactics. I would rate 0 stars if an option.
