This is now the parent company of Shenandoah Life (or maybe the same company). This has to be the worst insurance company in existence. I deal with life insurance companies on a daily basis as I am a funeral director. When I am making funeral arrangements with a family, many of them need to use the insurance funds to pay for the funeral expenses.
