My family owns multiple automotive dealerships. We used this company in the past but never again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They have denied multiple customers on work they should have done. (For example they told one of my customers she got the wrong octane gas for her car and refused to repair her car. The car called for 87 octane) They are the worst company we ever did business with and we havw been in business since 1969. I only gave it a star to make this review.
Horrible experience with their GAP insurance. Auto insurance fell short of paying off my totaled car and one would think the Gap Insurance I paid for would pay off the remainder. . . Not Protective Asset Protection. Go shopping for Gap Insurance B4 buying. You'll find cheaper insurance with little to no exclusions.
DO NOT GET A WARRANTY WITH THIS COMPANY!! its the most terrible company i ever experienced with.
the worst car warranty company you will ever come across!! they do everything in their power to not help you
All the bad reviews are true, denial, dragging their feet while your car is broken, awaiting approval to get fixed. Stay away.
