Protective Asset Protection is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered in my life. I never knew that I would be the judge of a company’s professionalism but here I am. To start off, they did not review or respond to my claim documents until I called to request an update a week later. This company went to Shit, Once they changed from AUL to this went downhill. My attorney read our warranty paperwork and we tried to file a claim, they tried to argue it to their death, we ideally will take legal action against this company due to defrauding contractual paperwork.
Worst insurance company ever. Bought a truck and this extended warranty cover and their Gap coverage. Truck CP4 pump when out, they found a clause to not cover the $10,000 bill. Tried to cancel it got the run around and never got my money back. 3 months later I paid off the truck completely tried to cancel the remaining Gap coverage. Same thing, I got the run around calling all kinds of different departments and talking to a ridiculous amount of people to never get my money back.
