I have a claim against this insurance company for a semi truck that caused a fire, resulting in my truck being burned. It’s been over two months since the incident, and despite having all the evidence, including video surveillance that clearly shows their liability, they continue to deny and delay payment. Natasha Bledsoe is the claims adjuster i am dealing with. She is completely unprofessional and unethical person. Baldwin and Lyons are very unprofessional. They won't respond to dodge collision center about fixing my car. I was hit by a client of Baldwin and Lyons back in August. It's now December and Baldwin and Lyons insurance company won't respond to my calls or emails nor will they respond to dodge collision center about paying them to fix my car nor will Baldwin and Lyons respond to 3rd party insurance company they hired for handle my claims. Where do I begin! This company's driver hut me completely from the back .Trying to cross lanes and make an illegal turn . Not to mention he claimed his singles didnt work on the truck the day of the accident, after he tried to flee the scene. Luckily, the emergency response team was able to stop him.
