I have my car insurance through progressive. Very bad service. The only helpful person has been my claim rep GILBERT BRACEY and the guy at the front door who was very friendly and kept me company while I waited for the staff to show up to do their jobs. Everyone else has been super terrible and unfriendly. Had an appointment at their claim branch at 8am to sign over my car. This is truly the most unprofessional and shady business I have ever encountered. The adjuster that is handling my case, Mallory Manley, has not responded to any of my numerous voicemails or emails. I finally got ahold of her manager, who told me that they denied the claim because they never heard from me. He checked, and Mallory omitted my middle initial from the email address to which she sent information. He confirmed that she never tried to call me. I have a claim against this insurance company for a semi truck that caused a fire, resulting in my truck being burned. It’s been over two months since the incident, and despite having all the evidence, including video surveillance that clearly shows their liability, they continue to deny and delay payment. Natasha Bledsoe is the claims adjuster i am dealing with. She is completely unprofessional and unethical person.
