Natasha Bledsoe is the claims adjuster i am dealing with. She is completely unprofessional and unethical person. Baldwin and Lyons are very unprofessional. They won't respond to dodge collision center about fixing my car. I was hit by a client of Baldwin and Lyons back in August. It's now December and Baldwin and Lyons insurance company won't respond to my calls or emails nor will they respond to dodge collision center about paying them to fix my car nor will Baldwin and Lyons respond to 3rd party insurance company they hired for handle my claims. Where do I begin! This company's driver hut me completely from the back .Trying to cross lanes and make an illegal turn . Not to mention he claimed his singles didnt work on the truck the day of the accident, after he tried to flee the scene. Luckily, the emergency response team was able to stop him. This all occurred on August the 8th of last year and I'm still waiting for things to be settled out. Now , the company has paid for the lost of my vehicle but none of my medical bills or injuries. Update 1/22/24 Holly my current claims agent has been nothing but friendly & very helpful. Protective covered every part of my injury claim. If I could not get a hold of my agent, I could call the main line and get help. I hope others get better service. Workman’s Comp claim. I injured my back at work. My sister took me to ER as I could barely walk. After MRI doc said looks like surgery inevitable & referred me to spine doc. Insurance said no, you gotta go through ProMed, basically PT.
