So disappointed at the lack of communication from this company. We reached out as our key broke in the lock. Crickets. Very unprofessional not to respond, yet offer a solution! We are building a home in AZ. Before the key broke in the lock, we were planning on adding these enclosures to two areas of our back yard. The mere fact that many emails went in responded, cinched the decision. DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. Customer service is non existent do not buy from this company!
