Protective Barrier Solutions(PBS) is an excellent company to work for. In my personal experience, the management does a good job of giving you the tools you need to succeed in your position, with reasonable expectations and flexible work/life balance. As expected working alongside construction, you'll find busy periods and slow period. Very professional, highly recommend. we have food processing facility and were very pleased with the protection we got, everything sealed air tight. PBS worked around our shifts and completed quickly and seamlessly. we were very impressed.
