They keep saying that my documents are incomplete no matter how many times I submitted them. I called back they say they have every document then next week they don’t have it. It’s been over a year and they haven’t paid their part
Common theme, customer service sucks, deceptive practices on how they handle claims. Tell you to submit stuff and then never respond. Get lied to repeatedly when you follow up. Never hear back from.
Can I give them negative stars? Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. I have been fighting with them since May to get money back for a car repair I had made during an emergency and here we are almost to September and I still have not gotten my money. I see a lot of negative reviews, however my experience has been mostly positive. As a wise man once said, "all disappointments come from inflated expectations." Being aware of what is covered (and not) in the terms under your respective plan should suffice enough to keep emotions from running high. I've had a total of two hefty claims sorted out. My family owns multiple automotive dealerships. We used this company in the past but never again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They have denied multiple customers on work they should have done. (For example they told one of my customers she got the wrong octane gas for her car and refused to repair her car. The car called for 87 octane) They are the worst company we ever did business with and we havw been in business since 1969. I only gave it a star to make this review.
