If you see their name pop up on a car loan for GAP Coverage, do Not use them. I had to do all the work for them when I had my accident. And they didn't even pay my remaining balance leaving me with over $2k to still owe. I had had to use GAP coverage only one other time in my life and that company did all the work for me then covered my remaining balance. Horrible company they make you fight tooth and nail to get the coverage you paid for only to pay for the cheapest fix possible if I could get my money back I absolutely would
