One of the best extended warranty companies I have ever worked with as a service advisor! No long wait times, very kind adjusters, get me answers quickly and with no BS. Love them!
Bought a used vehicle in Southern Oregon with a warranty. Unfortunately it was this company that the warranty was through. It was a power train warranty the transmission went out in a month and this place wouldn’t cover the full amount for a new transmission. The max payout which they say is the value of the vehicle was 4000 dollars. Which is half of market value. I wish there was a way to put down negative stars. This company definitely lives up to it's name with the negative reviews. I have never had such bad experience with a warranty company. If you try to cancel with them, they will hold you hostage. They expect you to honor and abide by the contract you sign but they don't believe the same applies to them. They will fight you and make up additional restrictions and parameters on the content of their contract just to avoid either helping with a claim or canceling the contract. I ... read more
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this warranty company. I have had multiple legitimate repair issues with my vehicle, and each time they have found a way to deny coverage. The reasons given have been inconsistent and feel like technicalities rather than a fair evaluation of the actual problems.
