I'm not sure what it's actually like to work with this broker but I will say that the rates that they provide you are absolutely insane. The average non-owner's auto insurance in NC is less than $50 a month, I got quoted $250 per month, despite not being in any accidents... not sure what is up with these guys.

I canceled my insurance on the same day I got it, because of issue at dmv. I was told they couldn't give me cash because I pay with debit and that it would be reversed to my debit card, I called 2 days later to check on it i was told that they were waiting to see that it cleared. Now to today 5 business days later I called to check on the reverse, they are now telling me that they are just now releasing a check to me, when I was initially told that it would be reversed to my debit.
