Scheduled a 2 pm appointment, was messaged after 2 pm that they would arrive until 3:30pm due to prior client running behind. No big deal stuff happens. Then never showed up and stopped responding to messages. Wasted my time waiting for this no show. What a terrible way to run a business.

I had a really disappointing experience with Protection Window Tinting. The installation was rushed and sloppy, with noticeable bubbles and peeling within just a few days. When I contacted them about the issue, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. I expected a professional job, but this was far from it. Save your time and money—go elsewhere for your tinting needs.
