What happen to letting us know you went out of business! We have been with this company for 6 years We been setting alarm not knowing we’re not getting services!!
They were great to work with, did a good job on the install, but I think they are out of business. The office appears to be closed, the phone seems to be disconnected, and we got a letter saying the monitoring service has not been paid by them.
I received a letter in the mail that this company is not paying their bill for security monitoring services and that service will be discontinued on October 19th. Not sure if they are completely out of business or if they’re choosing to quietly close their doors as their marketing and website is still active. I have received no calls or responses to emails. I’m looking at other service providers at this point.
It is so difficult to communicate with them. I have been calling for 3 months and have left multiple voicemails and can not speak with anyone at all. My camera device has been down and have not gotten the issue resolved. It is so frustrating not being able to get a hold of anyone. Is this buisness out of business? Have they shut down?
I have been trying to reach someone here for weeks. All the voice-mail boxes are full and no one calls back.
