This company has a name that sounds strong and up to the task, but in reality, they are terrible. On first instance, they failed miserably. My store was broken into and robbed on their watch. His employee was creepy and very suspicious. Either way, they are a total failure and should be disqualified from being a monitoring company
I called this company to inquire about security installation. They answered the phone, Hello and did not say the company name. I inquired about where I was calling and the guy was extremely rude and disrespectful. I suggest you never hire them to work on something so personal as security protection for your home. 1 star is pushing it.
