Excellent service! I called in for a service call due to some erroneous alert from our keypad. He provided excellent service. He was very courteous and very professional. He paid particular attention to our issues and concerns and made sure they were all addressed. Being in customer service oriented environment myself, if all of you are like our customer service rep I am really glad to have selected Protection 1. Thank you again for the excellent services.
About a Specialist Today I was on the live chat with a specialist. When I didn't get his explanation about my concerns, he wanted to call to make me to understand easily. That was a big help to me. He got a translator on the phone for me and I was very comfortable to communicate with them. On top of that, he helped to dispatch a technician to my house knowing I only had one day to install. Thank you for helping me. I've been your customer since I have moved here in 2007.
