I was referred to them by a dealership who says they work with them often. I called and was given a quote over the phone. After calling around I decided to go with them. Not only was I charged some $40.00 fee for I don't know what but they took out more that they told me for my down payment. After viewing my bank account and seeing these crazy charges I created a online account......the monthly payments were $70.00 higher than what he told me they were going to be. I was referred by the dealership where I bought my car and the rate was low so I went with them for an auto policy and it came with a renters policy as well. I recently got a bill that I wanted to talk to my agent about but when I called it went to a voicemail that said I could also email them. I left a voicemail and followed up with an email 3 times without ever getting a response. Called and he cussed me out over the phone
