They have the bad service on the USA I have to account with him over 3 years I’m just waiting finish the contract they are have very bad service
They are totally incompetent. Told them to put the system on test after I changed a battery because the system kept saying it was being tampered with. I asked them to put the system on TEST and they continue to call every three minutes. This company must be run by a group of moron's. THEY DO NOT OR MISS COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR COLLEAGUES.
Whatever you do, avoid this company (and ADT). If your system breaks you'll go through total hell trying to get them to fix it. At one point they refused to give me contact information for my account manager so I couldn't even contact anyone with authority to come up with a solution to resolve my problem ( iI was wanting to redesign part of my system - which you think they would gladly help with since they would profit from the work)....
DO NOT USE PROTECTION ONE! They are the worst business I have ever had to deal with. Customer service is terrible and rude. Technicians don't know how to fix anything. DO NOT USE PROTECTION ONE!
