We installed protection1 system almost two years ago. We have not been able to use the system 90 percent of the time because it malfunctions on daily basis. Their technicians have been here 5 times in last one year but have been able to fix my problem. I have changed batteries (lithium batteries) multiple times. Twice within last week. Yesterday they reset the system..this morning it started beeping again saying loss of sensor supervision. My dog gets panic attacks when it suddenly malfunctions.
