Our property was broken into and the alarm system didn't alert anyone. Overall the system doesn't work properly. They say it's a cell tower issue but they make no effort to adapt their system so that it actually does provide protection.
Every time i call is always a bad experience! As soon as my contract is over i am disconnecting it! That 3rd party they have horrible customer service..
Called to cancel after being with company for 5 years and was told that my contract renews every year without a signature or notice. After 5 years of service on a 3 years signed contract I still owed an early termination fee. This company is a joke...do not do business with them!!
23rd ave. Phoenix location closed June 2017, but address is still published online. I called, got an address for ADT in Tempe, AZ, but when I went there on a Monday @ 4:30 p.m. the office was closed. (posted in Google as open 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. ... which is MIDNIGHT.) Merger w/ ADT continues to be a poor transition. Phone support questionable at best, as the information has been inaccurate. I need to replace a faulty key-fob remote ... I shouldn't need an appt at home or the office to resolve this.
