I’m having trouble stopping service after finding out we’ve been without police protection for a couple of years, now without knowing. And, paying $40. a month for over 15 years and they expect us to pay $99.+ to update” their system.
The service from this place is a JOKE!!!! Their equipment is garbage, and their techinicians are so busy fixing their junk equipment that the wait time for service is 1+ week...TERRIBLE!!!!
