I have been trying since Nov to cancel my acct. it’s impossible. They say I have to talk to specialist and they will call. I’ve tried 5 times. The specialist never calls. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I’m going to sue. DO NOT USE THEM.
Someone tried to break in my house today and before i could even pick up the phone protection one was calling me..... This is the WORST company in St. Louis to use for any commercial security services. I have been charged for another customer's bill for about 6 months now and have contacted them over a dozen times to try and rectify the situation. They are even drafting my account for payments for the other customer. If you own a gym or a fitness center, then DEFINITELY stay away. Called in to get a quote! Rude! I'll take my money elsewhere.
The management here all knew they were going to be replaced by adt management so they dragged a couple technicians down with them. The job itself it fun interacting with the customers and learning about the panels.
