Protection one is awful! My father worked there for a little over a decade. Don't recommend. If I could give this a negative star, it would most definitely. They treated him poorly.
I have used Protection One, which is now ADT. But dont call the wrong one, they wont have a clue who you are. I've done business with one or the other for over 4 decades. My problem is with the camera system we had installed. The quality is OK, nothing special. My real problems began when I changed routers. If you change routers or service providers then you have to reprogram each camera. No matter what I do, I can't get them all connected. They want $175 for the 1st 30 minutes plus hourly rate to come out. I've spent hours ... read more

Do not use these people. Cannot give them a zero star. Took time off of work to get an install. They showed up said the job was too big and then said i would have to call back in to reshcedule an install appointment. 2 hours on the phone later. I gave up and cancelled the order. Zero professionalism , Zero customer service. Avoid!
