For starters, beware of the snake oil salesman. I have 4 alarms with the people.....after Protection One merged with ADT. They are a mess and overpriced to boot. All about the contract. Their monitoring service is fair.........but they call about an alarm issue........but don't know which location they are calling about. I would not recommend them. Horrible experience. Was with them for 5 years and the service was terrible and once pieces of equipment broke they would do nothing to help. Please look to other companies for monitoring and save yourself money by setting up your own system if you have the means.
Worst company you can get. Why do you need contracts? Is your service just not good enough? Do your research and go with someone else.
I have been with them for over 10 years I knew my passwords but today when I called they tell me the password is incorrect and refuse to help me and my alarm is off keep beeping. Very frustrating !!!
