My company orders materials and its delivered to them through them and these guys are good at husting and taking care of the customers.
I strongly recommend for any service members to not consider Protection1. Up until now, Protection1 has been a pretty descent choice. I called to cancel my contract due to military orders and was forwarded to their "Competitve" department. This company is robbery! Early Termination Fee of $750 when we WEREN'T informed that WE would be in a contract for 3 YEARS? WHY is there ONLY a 3 year contract when we SPECIFICALLY ONLY requested a 1 year contract for our 1 year rental???!!!!
Just had the alarm for one month without knowing that there is a 3 year contract involved not once was this brought to my attention with the sales rep. Very misleading company please read the fine print before you sign up with them
The only reason I gave them a 1 is because ZERO wasn't available! These people are bilking my grandfather! They've signed him to a long term contract and he had a fire in his home. Lucky we put Nest smoke alarms in the house also because, Nest alarmed him, Protection One didn't! Grandpa loves 'em and continues to send them money although there is no alarm in the home since the fire. Think they would send his money back?
